Fixed existing bags without the XP tag being unusable. Also removes console spam. Sorry folks, I forgot to test that.

The Current format for entries is as follow:

Added the ability to give XP when opening a pack of Scrap. XP to be awarded can either be an integer or done using Dice notation. For example 2d6 will give the person opening the scrap between 2 and 12 experience with an average of 7 XP. This change will not affect existing Scrap. By default XP will be given directly to the player. There is a config option to instead spawn XP at the players feet. Dispensers opening scrap will not generate XP.
