Very small bug fix update

 

-Fixed bug with SCP-035 and SCP-457 with them not being hostile

-SCP-457 now creates fire where ever it goes

-Changed SCP-035 and decreased its speed

-Changed SCP-457 and decreased its speed

-SCP-714 now gives slowness

-Heavy Containment Smoke Dispenser now also gives blindness while standing on the block

-Changed SCP-457's sound effects

-Fixed bug where SCP-457 would despawn
