Scootys Plants Vs. Zombies Regrown

I had to develop this pretty fast so I couldn't do everything I wanted for the event but I think it still came out quite nice. The event will have its content automatically activated in the month of October meaning the event will end on Nov. 1. Enjoy the Halloween content while it lasts, and I hope you enjoy the mod finally updating a version after like a year of nothing.

-Fixed bug where waves would be activated when right clicking chests or doors
