Scootys Plants Vs. Zombies Regrown

This took a bit. Most of this update was made back in May when it was supposed to be released, but I took a break from modding for a few months to get ready for the end of school and enjoy summer a bit. Anywho Im back and will work some more on stuff. Smaller update but some features which might give some goals to players long term. If you have any ideas for challenge advancements send em my way. Always looking to give the players stuff to do!

-Added rarities to plants to distinguish stronger plants from the weaker
