Schools of Magic: Second Semester

Added:

- Four new Spells

    - Fuel Furnace, magically fuels a furnace

    - Rumor, lets the caster cause one entity to attack another

    - Summon Bees, summons bees to fight for the caster

    - And Fast Forward, which lets the caster increase the tick rate of a target entity, tile entity, or block

- Added commands for adjusting magician levels "/magicxp <add/set/remove> <player> <amount>

- Instructions for tea brewing in the Basic Arcana

- Schools of Magic achievements 

Fixed:

- Tea of the Valley is now brewable from Crushed Lily of the Valley

The Tea Update is complete, but I will be adding new herbs which will be used in tea brewing whenever I start porting the world generation from 1.12.2
