Added - new textures for all tools

added new scarab crafting table

added new blue scarab recipie

added new recipe for anti scarab

fixed some minor bugs

added fuel system for scarabs so they are more balanced. currently the max you can be in a scarab form for is 5 minutes. when not in scarab form fuel recovers at a rate of 1s active per 2 seconds in active

added multiple new items for recipies.
