Rewrote mod to improve interaction, handling, and performance

Fixed: Empty bags moving in inventory

Fixed: Tooltip crash in odd cases

Fixed: Tooltip crashing when villager profession list was empty

Fixed: Reloading resources on config sync

Removed: Config sync (no longer needed)

Changed: Creative tab to show all possible entities, not just allowed only

Changed: Bags to support encoding non-allowed entities so long as they are registered
