Territory System - Added named territory creation. - Added territory listing, border display, teleport, and delete commands. - Only territory owners can delete their territories. - Territory managers can fly while inside managed territories in Survival mode. - Unauthorized players and hostile mobs are kept out of protected territories. Cleanup Voting - Mob cleanup now uses a vote system like item cleanup. - Survival players can only request inside-area mob cleanup. Region & Village Changes - Adventurer-area warnings now appear only once per area. - Village safe zones now display as [Safe Area] on the Worldology HUD. - Village safe-zone protections, regeneration, villager protection, and trade blocking remain included.
