Vulnerability rebalance

• Vulnerability chance capped at 20% (was higher).
• Armour vulnerability chance capped at 35%.
• Spell vulnerability chance capped at 25%.
• Vulnerability damage now rolls 45%–500%.
• Vulnerability damage and critical vulnerability damage roll on weapons only — they no longer appear on armour or accessories, where they did nothing.

Guide book

• Added the missing Traditional Chinese overview entry.
• Removed stale version strings from the text.
• Rewrote the vulnerability pages to match the current mechanics and ranges.

Fixes

• Spell combos work again with Spell Engine 1.10. The combo system looked up a class that 1.10 removed, and because that lookup was the first thing it did, a single moved method disabled combos entirely. Both API layouts are now supported.
