Fixes a guide book error reported on the NeoForge build.

Fixed

• "Error building Entry ... construction_cube at page 0" when opening the guide book.

  The 3.0 construction blocks — Construction Cube, Structure Analyzer and Transcendent Remodeling Table — are Fabric-only by design, but their guide-book entries, recipes, loot tables, models and textures were still being packaged into the NeoForge build. Patchouli cannot build a book entry whose spotlight item does not exist, and it stopped at the first one it reached.

  The Structure Analyzer and Transcendent Remodeling entries had the same fault and would have failed the same way. All resources belonging to those three blocks, and the guide-book category that documents them, are now excluded from this loader's build. The remaining 115 book entries are unaffected, and deconstruction_stone — which is registered here — is untouched.

  The exclusion is applied at build time rather than by deleting files, so it stays correct when resources are next mirrored across from the Fabric source.

Also includes everything from 2.1.9: the vulnerability attributes and the three mana affixes.
