Started work of updating to 1.8.9: PLEASE NOTE: Not all models from SVM 1.7.10 is uploaded into this version. There is an issue with parts rotations where I have to edit every model to remove those rotations!

-Changed the colour table from the 10 colours of the original SVM to the same colour table used for Minecraft Wool!

-Added new features to each model

-Added Highway Patrol Car

-Added Rachet 4WD Model!
