Curse Maven Snippet
A remaster of Sans! Changes include:
- LOTS of optimization & bugfixing
- All of Sans' attacks now deal 1 continuous damage rather than powerful bursts
- Hitboxes were corrected
- Stamina values were adjusted to be more balanced, however most cooldowns were made insignificant
- Dodging has been reworked; you now have slight control over where you go, and WILL NOT dodge anything that bypasses armor until Shortcut is unlocked; to compensate for this, Sans' fall damage is reduced by 2
- Sneaking while dodging will not boost you upwards
- Bone Wall can now be destroyed after taking enough damage, bursting and dealing explosive damage to anyone next to it
- Bad Time's blue & orange walls were changed to a large blue wall and a white wall which becomes higher based on how high you're looking
- Bones can now get stuck in surfaces! (Only visual)
- ALL Gaster Blasters now fire from the actual blaster rather than the player; because of this, they will attempt to move to fit within tight spaces
- Soul Push & Pull have been merged to pull towards the targeted position; replacing the swap is Freeze, pulling the enemy towards their original position
- Blue Soul now affects gravity and jump height, but also has a cooldown for activating
- Soul Slams are now actually based on collisions
- When Gravity Changer is installed, wall slams will change the target's gravity if there is a surface for them to fall onto a reasonable distance away
- Direct targeted attacks are now dodgeable, and with the previously mentioned gravity flipping, direct bone zones will spawn on the wall that the target is standing on
- Shortcut can now be swapped for Return (teleports you back to your spawn after 10 seconds of no interruption)
- In Bad Time Mode, Return becomes Multiattack (blinks your screen briefly; using an attack during this will transform it into a deadly, precise version based off Sans' original patterns)
- Sans is now undead
- Sans' damage now bypasses armor & enchantments, and no longer triggers thorns
- KARMA has been reworked to work almost exactly like in the original game, accumulating over time and draining the target's health; the maximum accumulation depends on their max health
- Last Breath now distorts the screen of everyone nearby
- Reality Bend now flips screens and has a longer cooldown
- Last Breath's blasters are now destructive
- The left Master Hand can now grab enemies, and the right can now slam
- For now, Sans deals only one damage even in melee
- Sans is now immune to knockback
- Bad Time mode is now activated by a counter and provides absorption stamina
- Bad Time's bone cluster can now change direction
