-Changed Horrortale Sans' ingame name to Horror Sans
-Slightly increased Sans', Horror Sans', & Sudden Changes' hitbox height
-Slightly increased the chance for Sudden Changes to move away from the target (+0.0001)
-Horror Sans' slash ability lifesteal is now based on the health of the opponent
-Horror Sans' evasion ability now moves towards the opponent
