Saint's Dragons -  0.9.7 - Effect Slop™ part 2 (and other small fixes)

If a person spills a cup of water on your shirt, then your shirt is gonna be wet with water. Now, imagine if someone spilled a cup of tea instead. What would it be? Tea, of course. The point is, what's in your cup?

What:

- Changed the visual effects of Ignivorus's ultimate, fireballs, and magma pillars
- New poison ball for Volitans
- Changed some visual effects of Dragonlord Armor jumping
- Changed the visual effects of Atroxiia's H ability
- Changed the visual effects of Cindervane's fireball, firebody, and new explosion effect on impact + sound effects
- Changed the visual effects of Raevyx's supercharged wind-up and aura in thunderstorms
- Changed the visual effects of Dragonlord's jumping
- Enforced some spawn rules for Cindervane because they're getting invasive
- Baby female Volitans will be bald because the adult females have shorter horns
- Made Ignivorus's phase 2 take off instantly instead of having a delay
- Simplified Raevyx Binder recipe
- New saddle layer for Atroxiia
- Rewritten the multi-part hitboxes for Ignivorus just cause
- Mossback music disc (noise pollution). Craftable with 9 Raw Mossbacks
- New Creative-only items for taming, gender-changing, and variant-changing

- Updated some additional dialogues to zh_cn thanks to KB2285

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug with Ignivorus's ultimate air usage causing the dragon to move even when it shouldn't be moving
- Fixed a follow owner bug where Ignivorus would be in a taking off and landing loop
- Forgot to tag Atroxiia with freeze_immune_entity_types. Will now actually be immune to powdered snow
- Forgot Ivy's loot tables. Now added
- Fixed crash when an Ignivorus bite kills a Draconian Swarm entity
- Fixed rider swim config not applied to Varasuchus
- Missing drop entries for Raevyx and Ignivorus inside Draconic Codex
- Summoning a storm on a tamed Raevyx won't qualify as a spawning condition for wild Raevyx
- Fixed male Cindervanes not dropping equipment upon death
