added a block that when powered with redstone will despawn the sublevel its on except when it detects a noise that coul come from a player it just deletes itself so for example when a plane spawns in the sky it flies a little in the sky and then despawns but if the player decides to hijack it it wont

 

also added structures for all but one encounter that spawn in different places (sky nether river beach ocean deep ocean)

i still dont know how to add a sable schematic automatically :(
