- Made the config options for olive & ironwood tree rarity affect dynamic olive & ironwood tree worldgen (thanks, ferreusveritas!)
- Hopefully prevented the issue some people reported where cabinets could not be crafted

If you use Dynamic Trees, this version of Rustic will only work with the latest alpha version of Dynamic Trees.
