2.10.0: Steel Framing

• Girder Base Plate: concrete plinth, anchor-bolted plate, and the girder rising out of it. It turns to match a girder placed on top, and a wrench turns it too.
• Rusted Bracing: an angle-iron X, or a single diagonal either way, sitting in the same plane as the girder webs. A wrench switches between the three, so four single diagonals make one big X across a 2×2 bay.
• Rusted Purlin: C-channel, sitting flush with the top of the block so a corrugated sheet sits right on it. A wrench flips which way it opens or moves it to the bottom of the block.  --- new image added to media to demonstrate the blocks
