A horror mod. 1/5000 Chance for Running Skeleton Jumpscare every second cause why not?

Description

Every second you spend in the game, there is a 1/5000 chance for Running Skeleton to just run across your game screen.

If you don't want to wait for the random chance, or if you're just desperate to scare someone, use this command

/playjumpscare_running_skeleton play_running_skeleton_jumpscare {player}

You can change the chance in config file
