Description
Adds a new stat to players : runic wards. This is armor but for damage coming from more arcane sources.
This stat is visible just above the HP bar, the armor bar has been shrunk to 5 icons to fit the icons for the runic wards. This means that the icons are added up by quarter instead of half (same for runic wards).
The items that are warded are customizable via datapack, as well as which damage sources are affected. By default, a golden helmet and leggings each give 1 runic ward and the chestplate gives 2. The affected damage types are the "wither" and the "magic" ones. You can see this json file in the source code, linked in a tab above.
Some armor can also be cursed (negative ward value, max -10) instead of warded, in which case the wearer will take more damage from the specified damage sources.
