Runic: Enchants | Update 3

! This Update brings a major overhaul to the rune system, Some existing runes may become useless after this change !
To be safe apply all runes which you would like to use to your gear

Rune System
- The rune system has been overhauled to a stat based approach
  - Runes will now roll a % buff onto gear
- Rune slot system remains unchanged 
- Runes are now split between stat runes and effect runes
  - Stat runes have a random roll and can be upgraded, some stat runes have max values however 
  - Effect runes add a special effect to your gear (basically vanilla runes) these runes always have 1 level which is their max level


Weapon tooltips
- Gear pieces now have new tooltips that display all relevant information 

Effects
- New particles for both bleeding and stunning enchant
- New "Frozen" effect

compatibility
- Enchants supported from; create, twilight forest, combat roll, dungeons arise, deeper darker, mystical agriculture, enders cataclysm
- Gear supported from; aether, simply swords, aquaculture, enders cataclysm, knights quest, expanded combat, farmers delight


Utility Runes
- Repair rune now fixes 100% of an items durability
- Utility runes can now be duplicated like armour trims 

loot tables
- made changes to how runes spawn
- Runes no longer drop from mobs 
- Runes should be more common
