RuneCraft Reworked

#Herblore
-Added potions, potions can be crafted trough the Potion Table but they do not have any effect now, effects will be added in further updates, depending on what features coming 
-Added herblore ingredients

#Farming
-Added snape grass, jangerberries and poison ivy berries

#Fishing
-Edited all the fishing eqipement, players can swing them to choose between fishing modes, some fish types are missing (like karambawan) but otherwise fishing is working and its nearly completed, fishing places not yet registered so all the fish can be caught ONLY from oceans

#Agility
- Added agility skill, Run mode can be activated by pressing the R button, only jumping gives xp now

#Test/Other Updates
- Saturation is gonna stay at the same level from now on so players do not have to eat anymore
- Skill UI reworked 
- Added total level counter to the new Skill UI
- Added new but not yet working skills: summoning, thieving, slayer, agility

#Bugfixes
- Herb seeds had the same UI name

#Known bugs
- Potion making table textures are messed up
- Staged herbs have the same UI names
