- Fixed crashing on server, hopefully

- Ruby block/ruby ore can now be broken by explosions.

- Added extra map types to cartographer level 6 (witch hut/ pillager outpost/ bastion/ fortress maps)

- If cartographer reaches level 6 in the nether he will offer either a fortress or bastion map.
