Main HUD

Optimized the Main HUD to better show if an ability is on cooldown and/or currently active.

Commands

Commands were optimized with selectors for players.

Multiple restrictions

Introducing the functionality to set multiple restrictions from different skills to an item/block. This is mainly done for modpack creators. See here how to use it.

Fixes

• If multiple restrictions were in place, they were shown multiple times in the detail view
• Skill Endurance jumping did not award the player with XP
