RouterUpgradeCore

A lightweight framework mod for ModularRouters. Uses Mixin injection to let vanilla Router blocks switch into new transfer modes via marker Upgrade items. Adds no gameplay changes by itself — required by addon mods such as FluidRouterUpgrade.
