Router Reborn

Added:
    - Ingame config gui
    - Render distance of barrel content option

Fixed:
    - Slabs was not working correctly as cammo
    - Treefarm will not drop items when full, instead it stop harvesting until there is room for the item
    - Farmer did not start harvesting again until all slots where empty
    - Some changes to rendering in barrels to try and improve performance in huge setups
    - Raytrace on conduit connector, was not working correctly (not registering a hit when it should)

    - Barrels now uses capability, and should work with Pipes/Conduits from other mods

Config file has had many changes done, some options are moved around abit and has had its category name changed, I recommend to delete the old config to prevent dupes in the config gui.
