- Changed some events to no longer work if the player has creative mode enabled.

- Fixed and improved the mob spawn entry system. (especially with BOP)

- Changed the defaults for the "mobsattackeachother" config default value. This made Endermen and Zombie Pigmen aggresive if a player is around.
