Added "Rotten Mass" Block Item of Rotten Food that falls like sand/gravel - is compostable with 75% chance and can be used as fuel at halve speed of coal Currently an issue with the fuel function.

Added "Rotten Slime Ball" entity item that can be converted into slime or used in crafting for potions/arrows of "Rot". Crafting recipes are not yet creating but potions and arrows exist. Will update soon with recipes if Potion Effects are set in stone.

Rotten Slime Balls can be thrown at living entities.
