Empty-hand retrieve

• Right-click a rope block with an empty main hand to pull that segment and every rope hanging under it
• Survival: segments return as items (overflow drops at your feet). Creative: removes the column, no items. Adventure: cannot retrieve

Rope Bolt

• Shapeless craft: 1× arrow + 1× rope → Rope Bolt
• Load it in a vanilla crossbow (it is also a vanilla #arrows item, so bows can load it too) and shoot
• On a valid block hit (existing rope or a sturdy downward face), rope unrolls downward — same hang rules as hand place
• Survival pays rope from the whole inventory for segments that actually place (up to 64). Creative: free, still capped at 64
• Multishot: survival spends one bolt and anchors from the recoverable projectile only; creative can anchor from all three
• Mob hits do not place rope (normal arrow behavior). Dispenser-fired bolts place nothing

Other

• Creative sneak-place always places up to 64 segments from one rope in hand (1.0.0 used stack count, so a single rope placed one block)
• Hand- and bolt-placed columns now respect build permission, spawn protection, and Forge/NeoForge place events (claim mods)

Loaders / versions

• Added: Fabric 1.19.2, Forge 1.21.1, Forge 1.21.11
• Dropped: 26.1 / 26.1.1 / 26.1.2 (Fabric & NeoForge). 26.2 remains
• Architectury API is now required on Fabric and NeoForge (Forge jars do not use it)

Climbable rope, default rope recipe, hang rules, and textures are unchanged.
