Merged in changes from Coop:
- Chickens added via ContentTweaker are now recognized. Roost textures must be supplied separately.
- Roost is redrawn when its chicken is swapped for another
- Added a configuration option to prevent vanilla chickens from laying vanilla eggs (for modpack makers)
- Block and item rendering rewrite
