- Fixed an issue where even if no world generation was specified the ore would still generate in massive veins just above bedrock
- If no world generation is specified, Ore blocks and the corresponding itemblocks will not be generated. All dependent items will still generate. This can be used for adding metals such as bronze, which shouldn't have it's own ore block.
