Added "Gems"

• Gems are ores that do not drop themselves when mined.  The drop from custom ores can either be an item name such as "minecraft:diamond", or a json definition of a custom item.

Set up logging, so log messages don't go to stdout.

Initial implementation of buckets, they currently all have the iron bucket texture.

Added an option to generate an en_us.lang file, which can be put into a resource pack to give names to all of the items.

Added dusts and an ore-doubling recipe to crush ores into them.  The recipe is ooo, o_o, rpr with o being obsidian, _ being any of the mod ores, r being redstone, and p being a piston.

Added the option for tools and armor to be crafted with lower tier ingots at a cost of durability.

Many other minor bugfixes.
