Roguelike Dungeons: Arcana Edition

Added several new room types. None of these are applied by default, but can be added in config. These rooms are mod specific dungeon specialty rooms designed for the Arcana Quest pack, but feel free to use them anywhere.
There is now a RandomPortals themed portal room
Botania petal apothecary room
Thaumcraft study room
Embers smelter and mixing room
Bewitchment witch's altar
Waystone room - meant to be included only once per dungeon. It will share the same Dungeon name as set on the Eniko tower waystone and append -Lower to the name

This also fixes some genertion issues with existing rooms, such as Blaze and Platforms not sealing their fluid areas.
