  -Lemurian fireballs can be disabled in config
  -Lemurian fireballs have different delays depending on the difficulty

  -Items with onHit/onKill effect are detected even when they are separated in different stacks and their effects are added now
  -Lens Maker's Glasses: crit chance was changed to 1.5625% per stack (100% chance at 64 stacked)
  -Topaz Brooch: on kill effect was changed to 2 extra hearts per stack up to a maximum of the user's max health as extra hearts
  -Tougher Times: block chance was changed to the original game chance system
