What's new

Changelog:
  - Updated to 1.16.4 / 1.16.5
  - Added Mythic tier
  - Adjusted Rings tiers
  - Reduced the default chance of a ring to spawn
  - Rings now spawn in specific locations(configurable).
    - Example: Ring of Flight spawn only in The End structures, Ring of Fire Resistance only in Nether structures...
    - I see this along with the reduced chance of spawning the rings as a way to balance their power.
