+ Fixed incompatibility with newer versions of Geckolib

    - (Sadly this has broken attack animations + some canis model layer anims)

+ Nerfed Necrotizing fasciitis Effect again.

+ Reorganized some items

+ Added config to Enable/Disable ability to tame a Feral Canis

+ Updated all dependency versions & this mod's implementation title.

+ Lowered the amount of particles generated by Necraw fascii & Languid Dwellers.

    - Also changed their particle effects.

+ Changed a LOT of recipes to utilize Forge Tags

+ Deleted some unused code & tidied things up
