RFTools Dimensions (Fabric) 26.3-12.0.5.2

Dimlets that pointed at nothing now work. These are bugs in the original mod too.

• The dirt path block dimlet exists. The original still names the block by its pre-1.17 id, so the dimlet was missing.
• Biome category dimlets (desert, forest, mountain, ocean and the rest) limit a dimension's biomes again. In the original they currently do nothing.
• The "ores" and "glass" tag dimlets fill features with ores and glass instead of stone.
• /rftoolsdim createconfig lists the mod's biomes and structures.

Existing dimensions that hold a biome category or tag dimlet use it in chunks generated from now on.
