Death waypoint implementation and more customizable offset of locator bar.

Added

  • Added death waypoint that shows when a player has a Recovery Compass in inventory. Togglable in settings.
  • Added X and Y offset sliders for more customizable position config (resolves #5 issue).

Changed

  • Removed button "Locator Bar Offset" for Reworked style config.
