RCT now has a tiered backlash system that escalates if you keep overusing it within a short time window. When your strain reaches the threshold, you trigger an Overload. The first Overload applies Nausea for 10s and locks RCT with a 12s cooldown. If you hit another Overload within 2 minutes, it upgrades to Level 2: the same Nausea plus a 30s cooldown and Weakness for 10s. Trigger it again within that same window and you get Level 3: Nausea + Weakness, a 90s (1m30s) cooldown, and Wither for 10s. If you avoid Overloading for more than 2 minutes, the system resets back to Level 1.
