- Fixed rule deletion requiring game restart

- Feature: turn plants into dead bushes. When a crop or sapling growth is denied, instead of breaking the crop or setting it to air, the sapling will be replaced by a dead bush. WARNING: dead bushed cannot be supported by all blocks. If a sapling is planted on grass, and it turns into a dead bush, the bush will break immediately. I'm working on another mod to fix this.

- Improvement: small performance gain by avoiding unnecessary string splits
