- Endermelon block and item, which both have a chance to teleport

Changes:

• Naval mines now have 3-dimensional spikes protruding from them and explode when contacted with on any side instead of just the top
• Mechanical vaults now have a chance to yield another item, the scoutship locator

Fixes:

• Fixed soul catalysts being unable to evolve independently despite correct conditions
• Fixed bug where life crystal ores could remain floating midair
• Fixed the possibility that the music disc "Our Homeworld Abandoned" could be unobtainable in any given world
• Optimised world generation code significantly
