Replication Indexer

Big update, add a "Remote Terminal" is its a wireless verson of replication mod terminal. it is designed to be played on blocks with inventory (chest, barrel, machines) when you queue an item on terminal and it detects a inventory it push items into it.

Note: added support for 'Cooking for Blockheads' do to the nature how CFB crafting table works, it cant directly queue items via cooking table menu. its does not queue stuff, it only looks for available in connected inventories, who what indexer mod does it hooks into the crafting table GUI, if the remote terminal is on connected inv, the craftign table double click to craft is disabled, two new buttons are add 'Q' queue, 'C' craft, select recipe, queue lights up, remote terminal trigger crafting, when remote termal gets items it refreshes crafting table's inv check, so it can see new items, then the crafting button will be enabled and when you press it, it triggers crafting tables crafting function (and yes we put a check for Applied Cooking's ME kitchen Station, so they dont trip over each other).

Note 2: in the future the mod will be provide API and such so other mod authers can use the Remote Terminal as a proper bridge. Be Prepared.
