What's new

Updated for support for:
Applied-Replicatics
Applied Delight (adds a pot cooked to AE2)
Refined Delight (adds a pot cooked to Refined Storage)

Note: way connector/AE2 & RS Bridge and AE2 itself wants to queue 1 item at a time. so if you queue up 64 items and a Bulk Replicator, it still only did one at a time, Indexer mod now "spoofs" AE2 and connector/bridge to process 64, and send 64 doing the connector/bridge queue and that lets Bunk Replicator to make 64 of em.
