Update 0.8 - Houses and Faith

Patch 0.8.4

  • Added inter-kingdom caravans for transporting goods between servers. Prepare a barrel near the world border and use a writing kit to send or receive cargo.
  • Added standard and express routes, delivery times, cargo protection, robbery risks, and the return of unclaimed shipments.
  • A Travel Permit and the House of Trade tradition reduce transportation costs by 33%.
  • Caravan costs depend on travel time, occupied slots, and the value of coins, weapons, armor, and enchantments.
  • Starting from Era VII, the Junk Dealer no longer pays players directly. Instead, 3 copper coins are minted into the market for each stack of goods.
  • Increased the base value of all profession coins, especially Blacksmith Coins.
  • Added Heads of Faith, including candidates, elections, domain voting, and Global Zeal.
  • Heads of Faith receive a separate interface in the Professions menu (J) and can spend Global Zeal on Great Acts of their faith.
  • Added election notifications upon joining and the /religion leaders command for viewing leaders, elections, and candidates.
  • The identities of Chaos leaders and candidates are hidden from public lists.
  • Added two House positions: Domain Steward and House Regent.
  • Domain Stewards manage their domain’s treasury and expenses.
  • House Regents assist the Lord with House upkeep, wanted lists, pardons, Martial Law, and Siege State.
  • Suspicion from animals is now gained only for killing them: +10 per animal and +30 per horse.
  • House of Craftsmen members now provide +150 Influence instead of +200.
  • House of Craftsmen expansion through the Strategy Block now costs 50% more instead of 33%.
  • Increased the House of Commons’ base Influence to +2000.
  • Reduced the House of Juniors’ base Influence to +1000.
  • The labor-sale restriction now applies only to profession coins in the capital. The Black Market remains unaffected.
  • Increased the target coordinate margin for the “Sword” and “Shield” quests to ±256 blocks.
  • Improved domain treasuries with support for unloaded chunks, wallet payments, and correct change calculation.
  • Improved protection for capital lecterns and added Scholar compatibility.
  • Fixed the displayed batch size of empty bottles on the market.
  • Fixed a crash when a House Regent attempted to open unavailable War or Wanted tabs.
  • Fixed a crash when placing a door without enough space for its upper half.
  • Fixed rental blocks rendering through walls and removed phantom blocks in the sky.
  • Fixed selling items to the Buyer as a member of the House of Trade.
  • Fixed /domain kick for players who had not logged in for a long time.
  • Fixed lighting in /export flag.
  • Updated the Head of Faith interface with an ability list, detailed descriptions, and Russian localization.
