Description:
Mining has always been important to Minecraft, as most of your resources must be mined underground. However, for the older players, caves have gotten "boring". This mod will eventually make caving more "dangerous" and fun by adding more ores, mobs, armor and tools, and bosses. Will you be up for the challenge?
New Ores:
This mod adds several new ores (more to come in the future!):
- Sapphire
- Amethyst
- Peridot
- Citrine
- Carnelian
- Ruby
- Kunzite
- Explosive Ore
- Uranium Ore
- Titanium Ore
- Silver Ore
- Platinum Ore
- Basalt
- Fossils
Gemstone Armor:
Silver Armor is now the base of the gemstone sets. Each gemstone armor can be crafted by having 8 gemstones and a silver armor piece in the crafting table. Each set gives off an effect which may improve if you are utilizing the complete set. Effects last as long as the armor is worn.
- Amethyst (Unstackable) - Night Vision
- Carnelian (Unstackable) - Fire Resistance
- Citrine - Haste I with one piece, Haste II for the full set.
- Kunzite (Unstackable) - Regeneration I
- Peridot - Jump Boost I with one piece, Jump Boost II for the full set.
- Ruby - Strength I with one piece, Strength II for the full set.
- Sapphire (Unstackable) - Water Breathing
- Topaz - Speed I with one piece, Speed II
Tools:
- Defuser: Right click to avoid automatic detonation of Explosive Ore.
- Gem Cutter's Knife: *DEPRECIATED* useful for getting more gems (will be removed in the future.)
