Adds the Log Turner, the ultimate log manipulation tool

• Crafted with a backwards "C" pattern in the crafting table out of sticks
• Use on a log to instantly set its axis to the side you clicked
• When used on a quarter log, it will try to set the axis, and if it already matches, it will then rotate the bark side clockwise
• When used while sneaking, it will simply cycle the axis and bark side

Make grass/fern generation configurable

• Two options, grassCount and fernPercentage, are available
• grassCount controls the amount of tall grass clusters per chunk
• fernPercentage controls how many of the grass clusters will contain ferns instead of tall grass
