Redwoods

Add ability to convert between normal and quarter logs:

• Quarter logs can be converted to normal logs with a 2x2 crafting table recipe in a 4:3 ratio
• Normal logs can be converted to quarter logs by clicking the quadrant you want to be stripped of bark with an axe

Add optional, disabled by default Alpine biome

• Contains 1x1 Fir and Redwood trees
• This is based on the original rendition in ExtrabiomesXL, but adapted onto an Extreme Hills base
• Looks a bit better than the original, but doesn't meet the general quality standard so it's disabled by default
• If you want to enable it, set the weight in the config to 10
  • Note: It's still registered by default, for server owners who want to enable/disable it in their worlds
