More Falderals

Spider Eye  - mildly enhances Sepsis damage.

Turtle Shell - mildly enhances Crimson Cloud damage and snare.

Blue Ice - Converts the redstone bolt to an ice bolt that does 2 more damage to creatures immune to fire.

Glistering Melon- mildly enhances healing (+1/2 heart) but not damage to undead.

Nether Star - hook is in but no effect yet.  May indicate to use more mana and do more damage / last longer.  May unlock "raise dead" spell. (not yet implemented)

Dragon Egg - hook is in but no effect yet. May unlock interdimensional teleportation.

 

Rituals

Rituals do a small amount of damage (64) to the tool used to activate them.  Unbreaking prevents this damage as normal. (so about 17-19 points with UB3)

There is a new configuration option to block items being destroyed by damage when used to start rituals.  It's currently set to prevent item breakage 67% of the time (to prevent scamming with 1 damage tools.  :) )

Rituals consume torches and lanterns used to start them.

 

Damage Spells.

Damage logic was smoothed and extensively tested.

Damage spells hurt normal mobs about as much as your weapon.  They hurt powerful mobs up to about double your weapon damage. 

Damage over time spells do a little more damage- they were about 2-3 points of damage lower than expected when tested.

The Fire Redstone Bolt now drips fire particles.

The Icy Redstone Bolt now drips blue flames.

The Scarlet Heal now shows Dark Hearts when nuking undead and Red Hearts when healing players or pets.

Damage spells now use Server Settings for PVP (they used a hacky method before for Sepsis and Crimson Cloud).

 

Other Changes

The Ritual Pylon and Mana Gatherer are now a third as loud.

The Gatherer's display changes the type of particles they emit as mana in the primary chunk passes 100,1000,10000, and 100000 mana.
