Simple mod that adds redstone dust block that can fall like sand and emits a redstone signal

Introducing the Redstone Dust Block!
As redstone is a powdery substance, it would make sense for the block to also fall like sand and gravel.
This mod adds a Redstone Dust Block, that you can craft from just 5 redstone, which acts just like that!
I think it will be useful in cases where you can drop the redstone block very far down to trigger a mechanism down below, for example to call an elevator or minecart. I hope you can get creative with it and use it in your Redstone contraptions!
This mod is developed for the db3k modpack, but feel free to use in your modpack.
