Allows you to place redstone blocks in sulfur cubes, and have them power adjacent redstone components! Use this along side SulfurCubes+. Inspired by the latest PhoenixSC video.

Overview
- Sulfur cubes with redstone blocks in them now gaslight other blocks into thinking there is an actual redstone block at that position!
- Not much else to say lol
- This is supposed to complement https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/sulfurcubesplus, since they don't yet have this functionality.
