Changed the way cuirasses from my uniforms mod work:
They give increased resistance, but huge slowness penalties for being dismounted.
Cuirassiers are also slower now.
Cuirassiers can not reload muskets.

Changed the way lances work:
Lances are now reusable (they don't break on impact anymore).
Their cooldown has been reduced from 60 seconds to 10.
Their cooldown does not tick down until they are disengaged from melee.
Their damage has been buffed by 13 points.
